I have to say that I have not been impressed so far! Nothing seems to work properly, it took me several attempts to sign in and had to contact you by e-mail to be told that I needed to register again despite being a previous customer. It took me three attempts to make a new order, each time having to complete all of the details again. On top of that the Database is not up and running yet.
This is an expensive service, for many of us a once in a lifetime thing to do. I don't really think it is good enough to have a website that doesn't function properly. It is also not very businesslike. How much business have you lost because of the problems I experienced? Of course you have no idea, because most people will have given up and gone away without ever contacting you.
I speak as someone with over thirteen years experience of using the internet. How much worse must it be for a newcomer? Sort it out!
