Simply select the analysis you want to give from the options below and let us know who it is for and where to send it. We will then mail the DNA sampling kit and other information to that address, together with a Gift Card with your name so they know who it is from. If you prefer, we will send the kit to you so that you can present it personally. In this case just fill in your own name and address and we will mail the Gift Pack to you with the card left blank.

NB: We require YOUR telephone number just in case there are any difficulties fulfilling the order.

Please remember that any Y-clan analysis needs a male DNA sample provider. MatriLine analyses are suitable for both males and females.

As with all our DNA analyses, sample providers must be over 18 years and will be asked to consent to the analysis.
